Had a wolf trigger my camera and when I looked outside it was standing by my truck. I went out with a firearm and started yelling at the wolf from 30 yards away. It walked by my garage and stood there. I walked at it yelling and got to about 8 yards. I shot my firearm into the base of a tree next to the wolf. It walked behind my garage. I then notified my neighbors of the interaction. My wife and three kids watched everything from the house window.
